The registration shall be closed on 1 November 2025, 00.00 CET.
Please read carefully Chapter 4.7 – Travel and Accommodation. One of the main point of this year championships is:
All foreign players and their accompanying persons shall stay only in the official hotels.
Visa invitation letter shall be sent to players requiring such through this registration form.

OPEN: Registration fee: one hundred (100) USD by 1 November 2025, two hundred (200) USD, if paid after 1 November 2025 to FIDE.
WOMEN: Registration fee: fifty (50) USD by 1 November 2025, one hundred (100) USD, if paid after 1 November 2025 to FIDE.
All the players are encouraged to pay the registration fee along with accommodation charges to the Organiser. This payment shall be made by 1 November, 2025.
Accompanying person’s fee in amount of 100 USD must be paid by 1 November 2025, which covers:
– Transportation during the event: airport-hotel-airport, hotel-playing hall-hotel;
– Accreditation;
– Visa support;
– General admission ticket
All players, officials and accompanying persons shall stay in an Official hotel.
A transfer from the Doha International Airport to the official hotel on the arrival date and back to the airport on departure date shall be organised. Please fill in your travel details to help us smoothly organise your meet&greet and departure.
